Custom furniture fronts manufacturer needed modern website with configurator that would allow clients to independently design furniture without need for phone contact. Previous process relied on email inquiries, which was time-consuming and generated lot of administrative work.
Wyzwanie
Client was losing potential leads through complicated email inquiry process. Lack of self-service pricing discouraged clients, and sales team was flooded with inquiries about basic pricing information.
Time-consuming pricing process
Clients had to send emails with dimensions and wait for quote. Process took 24-48h, which discouraged purchase and generated abandoned leads.
No product visualization
Clients did not see how fronts would look in different colors and materials. Lack of before/after transformations made decision difficult.
Low inquiry conversion
Complicated process generated high entry barrier. Clients abandoned inquiries not seeing approximate price immediately.
Overloaded sales team
Dozens of daily emails with questions about prices and material availability. Team spent hours answering basic questions.

5-step configurator
System allowing selection of front type (kitchen, wardrobe, bathroom), dimension input, material selection (oak, walnut, lacquer), accessories (handles, grinds) and summary with price.
Portfolio and transformations
Section with installations showing before/after kitchen and furniture transformations. Filtering by categories (kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms).
Automatic pricing and quotes
System automatically calculates price based on selected parameters and sends detailed quote with summary to client email. Supabase integration for storing inquiries.
Analytics and lead tracking
Conversion tracking, most popular configurations, abandoned carts. Analytics dashboard for sales team to prioritize leads.
