Technical co-founder of BIG GROWTH since December 2023 — 50/50 shareholder and board member from day one of the company. Owns backend work, architecture and code review. When Konrad pushes “let's ship it yesterday”, Kamil asks “but does it actually hold up?” — and that second perspective is what separates our projects from the typical “fast and sloppy”. Keeps watch over the quality of what we hand to clients, the stability of our agent infrastructure and makes sure speed doesn't compound into technical debt by the third iteration. With Konrad he forms the tandem: one pushes, the other verifies.
