After a high-profile ruling a wave of cases over credit-agreement violations appeared, but analyzing each contract by hand is slow. We built a product for law firms that analyzes contracts locally - client data never leaves the firm server - and computes the claim value.

Personal data of the firm clients cannot leave its server.
Verdict reliability
The violation assessment must be deterministic, not the opinion of a model that can hallucinate.
Different contract formats
PDF, scans, photos - the system must handle each and tell a contract from a random file.
Keeping up with the law
After new rulings the detection logic must be updated quickly.

The solution runs from on-premise deployment to maintenance aligned with case law.
On-premise deployment
The system is set up on the firm server, which can use its own AI subscription, with no vendor lock-in.
Anonymization and extraction
Local anonymization of personal data plus OCR of scans; the agent sees only amounts and clause fragments.
Deterministic detector
Separate logic with no model involvement detects the violation and computes the claim in three variants.
Maintenance
Case-law monitoring and rule updates after new rulings, document generators and batch processing.
