Project overview
A site worker picks the resident's address, enters the waste being dropped off and immediately sees whether the limit allows it. The municipality has the same register in its own panel, with reports and spreadsheet export. We built it as a ready product that we deploy separately for each municipality.
The challenge
Selective waste collection points often keep records in spreadsheets and on paper. That makes it hard to enforce resident limits and to quickly tell what was actually received.
Limits at the counter
The worker has to know right away how much more a resident can drop off, without digging through paperwork.
Working without good internet
A site can have weak coverage, and the queue of residents cannot wait.
Municipal data kept apart
Each municipality sees only its own data, and every change leaves a trace in the event log.
Fast rollout
A new municipality should start without building the system from scratch: with its own address, data and accounts.
Our solution
We built one system with two views: the worker station at the site and the municipality panel. Both run on the same data.
A drop-off in a few clicks
The worker searches for an address, picks the waste fraction and enters the quantity. The system calculates the limit and says whether it can be accepted and how much is left.
Receipt and register
Every drop-off gets a number, lands in a filterable register and comes with a PDF receipt carrying the municipality logo.
Reports for the municipality
Summaries by fraction, waste code, property, worker or day, downloadable as CSV and XLSX.
Resident cards and rollout
Printable cards with a QR or barcode, declaration import from a file, and launching a new municipality from a single configuration file.
