Panek AGD online store specializing in premium home appliances (Liebherr, Smeg, Faber, Falmec) had outdated design and poor performance. Old PrestaShop template generated high bounce rate, long page loading time and low conversion. Client needed modern, conversion-optimized store with clean UI and fast loading.

Old PrestaShop design from 2018 looked outdated, long page loading time (5-7s) caused high bounce rate, and lack of mobile responsiveness resulted in loss of 40% of potential customers from mobile traffic.
Outdated design and UX
Old PrestaShop template looked unprofessional and did not build trust for premium appliance brands. Chaotic layout, poor visual hierarchy, lack of clear CTAs caused low conversion.
Poor performance - slow loading
Homepage loaded 5-7 seconds, products 3-4 seconds. No image optimization, cache, CSS/JS minification. Core Web Vitals in red range caused lower Google positions.
No mobile responsiveness
Template was not fully responsive - on mobile elements overlapped, menu did not work correctly, product images were too small. 40% of mobile traffic left without conversion.

Performance optimization
Image compression (WebP), lazy loading for product images, CSS/JS minification, PrestaShop cache enabled, CDN for static assets, database optimization. Loading time: from 5-7s → 1.5-2s.
Fully responsive design
Full responsiveness for mobile, tablet, desktop. Hamburger menu, touch-friendly UI, adaptive images, mobile-optimized checkout. Improved UX on small screens.
Product catalog optimization
Organized category structure, added product filters, improved photo presentation (gallery, zoom), SEO-optimized descriptions, added quick product preview.
