Startup working on breakthrough humanoid android technology needed impressive landing page that would present their vision of robotics future. Page had to be rich in video content showing android capabilities, but at same time had to be lightning-fast and SEO optimized.
The challenge
Creating immersive visual experience with multiple demo videos while maintaining high performance and fast page loading. Classic problem: rich media vs performance.
Video-heavy content
Required placing many demo videos showing android capabilities, which usually drastically slows page and kills Core Web Vitals.
Lightning-fast performance requirement
Page had to load in <2s despite large amount of video content. Investors and tech media check performance as team competence indicator.
Futuristic design
Design had to reflect cutting-edge project character - advanced animations, transitions, parallax effects without performance impact.
Research collaboration platform
Page was also to serve as recruitment platform for research partners and scientific institutions.
Our solution
We built ultra-optimized landing page using latest web performance techniques: lazy loading video, adaptive streaming, progressive enhancement and Server-Side Rendering.
Performance-first architecture
Next.js 14 with App Router, Server Components, automatic code splitting. Lazy loading for video with intersection observer, adaptive bitrate streaming based on user connection.
Futuristic UI/UX
Cyberpunk-inspired design with dark theme, gradient accents, smooth animations based on CSS transforms (GPU-accelerated). Sections: Hero, Android Platform, Neoclone Development, Research Program.
Video optimization pipeline
Video compression with quality retention, multiple resolutions for different devices, preload posters, lazy hydration. CDN delivery with geographic routing.
Research collaboration module
Join Research section with application forms, technical documentation, research collaboration opportunity. CRM integration for partner management.
