Medalmania is company specializing in custom medal production for sports and corporate events. They needed advanced configurator that would allow clients to independently design medals, get real-time pricing and submit quote requests in 7 languages.

Company needed system that would streamline B2B and B2C sales process, eliminating time-consuming manual quotes and email correspondence.

Complex pricing logic

Price depends on 10+ variables: material, size, printing method, thickness, ribbon, quantity, transport - everything must work in real-time.

International support

7 language versions (PL, EN, DE, FR, ES, IT, CZ) with full localization of forms, prices and notifications.

Accounting system integration

Automatic company data fetching from VIES (EU) and GUS (Poland) to autofill invoice data.

Backoffice automation

Manual handling of hundreds of monthly inquiries consumed too much sales team time.

We built product configurator with 3D Live Preview, dynamic price calculator and integrated CRM system for automatic inquiry handling.

Business process analysis

We mapped all variables affecting price, production process and sales flow. Identified 15+ automation points.

Product configurator with Live Preview 3D

We built interactive configurator with real-time product preview. Each change (material, size, ribbon) immediately updates visualization and price.

Multilingual system and multi-currency

We implemented i18n with Next.js i18next for 7 languages. Prices automatically converted to EUR/PLN depending on client location.

VIES/GUS integrations and automation

We added VIES and GUS API integration for tax ID verification and automatic company data completion. Inquiries automatically go to CRM with full context.
