Logistics company specializing in importing goods from China handled dozens of active imports simultaneously. Order data was scattered - Excel, emails with suppliers, carrier tracking, customs documents in different systems. Lack of central overview prevented effective warehouse inventory management and delivery forecasting.

Wyzwanie

Organizational chaos - no visibility where transports are, what documents are missing for customs clearance, when orders will arrive at warehouse. Client wasted hours on manual carrier tracking and supplier emails.

Scattered transport tracking

No live overview where shipments physically are. Checking status required logging into 3-4 carrier systems and manually checking tracking numbers.

Customs documentation in chaos

Invoices, certificates, customs documents in emails and folders. Frequent customs clearance delays due to missing documents discovered too late.

Zero warehouse control

No information when order will arrive at warehouse and if there are sufficient stocks to fulfill customer orders. Impossible to plan promotions.

Supplier communication

Emails to 10+ China suppliers about production and shipping statuses. No alert system for delays or production problems.

Integration with sea carrier APIs for real-time container location tracking. World map with routes and ETA (estimated time of arrival) for each shipment.

Customs documentation and compliance

Customs document management system - invoices, certificates, declarations. Automatic alerts about missing documents before customs clearance date.

Warehouse inventory synchronization, automatic updates after customs clearance, data export to Subiekt GT accounting system.
