B2B software house specializing in automation and CRM needed a scalable way to acquire clients on LinkedIn. Manual browsing of industry posts, copying interested people's profiles and writing messages took 10-15h weekly, and efficiency was low - most contacts were spam, bots or competition without real need for services.

Manual client acquisition on LinkedIn was inefficient - salesperson spent hours browsing posts and writing messages to people of whom 90% were not interested.
Manual post browsing
Salesperson had to browse LinkedIn daily, read hundreds of comments under industry leaders' posts and manually copy potential clients' profiles. 10-15 hours weekly.

Proces realizacji
Understanding the problem and planning
We started with detailed analysis of how salesperson currently acquires clients - how much time it takes to browse posts, which people are valuable, and which are just spam. We established safe daily limits (to prevent LinkedIn from blocking the account) and designed the system workflow.
1Building automatic search
We created a system that monitors selected industry leaders profiles, detects their new posts and collects all comments. We taught AI to recognize which comments come from people actually interested in services (and which are spam, bots or competition).
2Automatic message sending
System learned to send invitations to valuable contacts (max 20 daily, to be safe) and write personalized messages referring to specific post. Each message is different - AI takes into account persons comment and their profile.
3Testing and launch
We tested the entire process on real industry profiles. We checked filtering accuracy (98% noise rejected), monitored first 50 contacts and trained sales team how to use the system.
