Proposal as a link
Each proposal gets a unique, private link. The client clicks and sees the proposal in the browser — no attachments to download.
Background tracking
The system automatically logs opens, time spent on the proposal, and how far the client scrolled.
CRM sync
When a proposal is opened, the sales rep automatically gets a note in the CRM with details on who viewed it, when, and on what device.
Privacy and expiration
Links are random and not indexed. Proposals have expiry dates — after the deadline, a notice is shown instead of the content.
