Professional cosmetics distributor for beauty salons and cosmetic offices served 2000+ B2B contacts base exclusively through sales team. Lack of marketing automation caused potential clients to receive generic emails, and leads were not properly nurtured. Sales team was drowning in routine follow-ups instead of focusing on closing deals.

Manual communication management with 2000+ B2B contacts was inefficient. Lack of segmentation caused low conversion, and sales team wasted time on manual reminders about offers and product news.
Manual follow-ups and reminders
Salespeople sent hundreds of emails monthly with reminders about offers, news and promotions. No automation = wasted time and inconsistent communication.
No segmentation and personalization
All clients received same emails regardless of salon type (hairdresser, cosmetology, SPA), purchase history or product interests.
Low customer reactivation
Clients who did not place orders for 3-6 months were lost. No automatic lead reactivation system and win-back campaigns.
Inefficient lead management
New leads from forms were not automatically nurtured. Response time to inquiries was 24-48h, resulting in abandoned leads.

We implemented comprehensive marketing automation in GetResponse with automatic workflows for onboarding, nurturing, reactivation and cross-selling segmented by client type and behaviors.
Database segmentation and lead scoring
We divided 2000 contacts base into segments (hairdresser, cosmetology, SPA, office) and created lead scoring system based on engagement (opens, clicks, website visits).
Automatic nurturing workflows
We built 5 key workflows: new customer onboarding (7-email series), inactive reactivation (win-back campaign), product cross-selling, post-order follow-up, product newsletter.
Personalization and dynamic content
Each email tailored to client segment - hairdressers receive offers for hair dyes and cosmetics, SPAs get massage and body care products. Dynamic content based on purchase history.
Sales process integration
GetResponse connection with sales process - hot leads automatically transferred to salespeople, alerts about engaged contacts, reports for sales team.
