Settlements with 10+ technicians in Excel - manual counting of cash, transfers, fuel and parking costs. Errors and disputes about amounts.
No real-time overview
Owner did not see current order status, daily revenue or alerts about missing documents.
Cost tracking
Operational costs (fuel, parking, materials) were not systematically tracked - no order margin control.
Documentation and invoices
Document chaos - missing invoices, measurements, protocols. No urgent matter alert system.

We built two-level dashboard: admin panel with company overview and technician panels with their orders and settlements.
Administrator Panel
Dashboard with real-time overview: daily revenue (cash/transfers), order count, missing document alerts. All orders list with priorities.
Technician Panel
Each technician has own panel: daily orders, payment tracking (cash/transfer), costs (fuel, parking), running balance with company.
Settlement and alert system
Automatic balance counting, missing invoice/document alerts, order status tracking (completed, transfer, cash, valve replacement).
Export and reports
CSV data export, monthly reports, automatic accounting statement generation.
