Heuristic scoring
Filtering by industry codes, keywords and order type (works versus supplies).
LLM judge
The model assesses whether it is real work for the company and returns a yes/maybe/no verdict with reasoning.
Decision dashboard
Filtered notices with a verdict and status (submitted/rejected) in one panel.
